How did you discover Montessori? I started working at a Montessori school in Austin, TX eleven years ago and have loved every classroom role I've faced since!

Why do you love being a Montessori teacher? I love supporting young children as they find their independence and become kind, helpful community members who aren't afraid of a challenge.

What about WSM attracted you to the school? On my first visit, I entered WSM to find children peacefully waiting to be invited into the library. I was drawn to the school's purposefully busy and focused energy right away.

What are your credentials?

• Montessori certification ages 0-3 (pending practicum year)

• Bachelor of Arts in English and Gender Studies from Rhodes College

• Decade of experience supporting curious children of all ages in many capacities!
