What is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund is the foundation of all fundraising at The Montessori School. Donor support allows us to fulfill the School’s mission as we strive to provide an education that fosters respect for others, discipline, integrity, moral strength of self, and a passion for learning, all the while promoting the development of a global perspective and a commitment to giving back to the community.
Who gives to the Annual Fund?
Each year, all members of the School community - trustees, alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends - are asked to support this initiative. Remember your gift is tax deductible, tuition is not.
Where does my gift go?
The emphasis for the 2009-2010 Annual Fund will be directed toward our faculty and staff professional development. With your support we will be able to add more professional training and development and other continuing education opportunities to the benefits that encourage our faculty and staff to invest in long-term professional careers with our community. Investing directly in our faculty and staff is important to providing a sought after work place that gives back to the employees. You can trust that your gift to this extraordinary School will make a direct impact.
Again, we sincerely appreciate the families that have already contributed to the 2009-10 Annual Fund. All donors are listed on the board in the school lobby with their honorees listed as well.
If you have not had a moment to consider how you will support our children, please take that moment now. Our children and their hard-working teachers need your gift. Please submit your Annual Fund pledge today!
